The website presents properties and professional profiles and provides contact and appointment-request tools. It does not conclude property sales, tenancies, transport bookings or professional engagements on your behalf and does not currently collect payments for those transactions.

Property information and selections

Prices, availability, measurements, descriptions and photographs require confirmation before you make a decision or commitment. Homes, Premium and Private are editorial paths within one catalogue; selection is not a valuation, investment recommendation, guarantee or claim of exclusive agency appointment. A property displayed in Private remains publicly visible unless separately agreed otherwise. Property enquiries and viewings are subject to the relevant owner's or representative's confirmation. Do not make deposits solely on the basis of a website listing.

Accounts, listings and professional applications

Use accurate information, protect your password and only upload material you have authority to publish. Submitted property drafts and professional applications remain pending until review. The operator may request supporting information, decline or suspend misleading, unlawful, unauthorised or incomplete submissions. Email verification confirms access to a mailbox; publication approval does not independently certify identity, insurance, licences or professional qualifications. No automatic registry or qualification verification is active.

For holiday properties, the owner or authorised manager must supply the correct CIN and comply with applicable registration and operating requirements. The website requires a code before a holiday listing can be submitted for review or published; entering a code does not verify it against an official register. The operator reviews it before publication. Rental prices must state their period; this release uses monthly prices for rentals and nightly prices for holiday homes. Owners must disclose applicable additional charges and conditions in the listing.

Requests and services

An appointment or airport-transfer enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. Confirm availability, provider, authorisations, price, cancellation conditions and other material terms directly before accepting a service. Appointment status changes take place within participant accounts; automatic appointment email notifications are not currently active. Professionals and transport providers are responsible for their own services, applicable licences and agreed terms. 144KHz does not promise a specific provider or immediate availability.

Reviews, feedback and content

Professional reviews require an appointment marked completed by the professional; that status is not independent verification of the work. Reviews must describe your own relevant experience and must not contain private information, threats, discrimination or unlawful content. Professionals may reply but may not rewrite the customer's rating or comment. Website suggestions and reports require sign-in and remain private to authorised users and the operator. Report inaccurate listings, rights issues or unlawful material to info@144kh.com with the relevant page and explanation.

You retain your rights in uploaded material and authorise its hosting and display for the listing or profile you submit, including necessary technical resizing. Do not copy third-party photographs or descriptions without permission. Public listing photographs may retain their source attribution.

Availability and rights

The operator may maintain, correct or temporarily interrupt the website and may restrict abusive access. Features explicitly marked inactive are unavailable until activated. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid engagement or transaction requires its own specific agreement; no commission, subscription or purchase is created by browsing this website. Material changes will be indicated with an updated effective date.
